Upload Instructions For abstracts and posters

Step 1: Register with Cereus. It takes only a few minutes and it is free.

Step 2: Go to our channel: Annals of Simulation. Feel free to explore our publications and consider submitting your current and future work.

Step 3: Your poster/abstract will be hosted under Sim Expo 2022 meeting.

Step 4: On the right hand side on the channel's landing page you will see the Submit Research button. Please follow the instructions. You can also consult a brief instructional video below.

NOTE: The instructions for abstracts and posters are identical, with the exception of the last step, where if you are submitting a poster, you will need to upload a PDF of the poster. To increase the impact of your work, we strongly encourage creating a poster even if you did not present a poster at Sim Expo 2022. For example, if you were presenting a research talk, or a  showcase, you can create an infographic or a poster and submit it along with the abstract. Remember, a good picture is worth 1000 words!

Important dates:

November 21, 2022: Meeting portal will open and you can start the submission process

January 30, 2023: Portal will close

If you would like to publish a full paper based on the abstract that was presented, please email adam.dubrowski@otnariotechu.net. Our team will work with you to select the correct submission format. The publications are ALWAYS free if you follow all the editorial steps and work with our editorial team. We also strive to publish all papers within a month of initial contact.
